Refund policy

With our 90-day no-regrets return policy, this means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

As we want you to be absolutely sure of your purchase, we encourage you to use and test the journal. If during the first 90 days you feel the journal isn't right for you, you can contact us at hello@journalfy.co and we will send through return instructions.

For international returns (outside of Australia) and Australian-domestic returns, the customer will be required to cover the shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns outside of this 90-day no-regret return policy period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. We will, however, provide you with a credit voucher for the purchase value of your product which can be used within 12 months upon receipt. In order to receive the credit voucher, the customer will need to pay for the product to be returned and the product must be in original condition and in original packaging with no signs of wear or use. We will request video or photo proof to verify.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
